The pain at the tip started strongly right after the sex (< a 2mins), it became OF/ON 2-days later

On the 7th Day, I started feeling muscle tension on my shoulder, Dull, Headache etc, the pain at the tip still OF/ON

I am scared, worried. Though I'm thinking about doing the STD test, but HIV scared me so much and i have become so miserable. Any Advice or suggestion will be greatly appreciated.

Before I even ask, I want to let you know I have been told 100 times 1 gal is to small for my 2 fancy goldfish, and I am getting a 30 gal within the next day or 2. Sat at the latest.
I bought the 2 fish from a pet store who assured me it was going to be plenty of room. When I was doing research online, I found out that it isnt really true, so I found a 30 gal tank, and am getting it ASAP. I am having my water tested daily, and have done every other day 25% water changes, but I cant get my amonia level to go down. My one fish has amonia burns on her already, and I really need an immediate solution. I am treating the water with water conditioner, a treatment to introduce a biological filter and aquarium salt. What else can I do to help my fish?
Also, on a side note, I know now that it takes 2 weeks to let you tank cycle before you put the fish in. Should I wait that long since my fish are alreay so cramped in the 1 gal? My fish with the amonia burns has been sitting at the bottom most of the time for a day now, and I am starting to get really concerned. What would you suggest as far as getting my next tank (the 30 gal) ready for the fish as soon as possible to get them out of the one they are in?
I now only have one fancy goldfish. Jayda died while I was at work today. Coral still seems to be alright. I am taking the water back for another test tonight, just in case Jayda being dead in the water introduced bad bactieria before I was able to remove her.
