I have a burn mark on my right leg , its about 6 inches long. I had it for like 7 years. I got burnt by boiling water.[Its hurt alot]
Its not as bad as some burn marks obviously, But it still bothers me
I dont like wearing shorts or anything that shows it.
I would like to know if there is any kind of Cosmetic Surgery Or Laser Treatment that I could do. If so much would it cost?
I tried looking online but I dont really know what it would be called so google wasnt helping. thank you.

Genital warts and pregnancy?
Filed Under Burn Treatment Online | 7 Comments
I’m just about 20 weeks pregnant, and have noticed some whitish bumps near my vagina. I had an abnormal pap smear at 9 weeks and they were not overly concerned as it was mildly abnormal and should clear up after the birth. I am worried now that it was possibly HPV and that these bumps may be genital warts. I’ve never had anything like this before, but I read online that pregnancy can sometimes cause an outbreak due to a suppressed immune system. They don’t burn or hurt or itch, and I do have an appointment coming up with my OB but not until next week. Until then, I’m driving myself crazy with worry and reading the websites. I definately do NOT want a C-section unless it’s absolutely necessary, but it’s now sounding like that’s my only option if these are in fact genital warts. Is there anyone out there that’s had a similar experience, or gave birth after having an outbreak? Should I seek treatment or what?
It was a mildly abnormal pap, I actually work in the medical field so believe me I’m on top of it. I had low grade squamous cell intraepithelial lesions. In lamens terms, abnormal cells possibly caused by an HPV infection. They don’t treat for it until after the birth so they don’t compromise the cervix and because it generally goes away after the birth.
I’ve called my OB’s office and explained the situation and am waiting for a response as to whether they think I need to be seen or not. Thanks for the reassurance. I understand yahoo answers isn’t for diagnosis, but it calms my nerves a little to hear similar experiences while I wait on the doctor’s decisions.

Is $81 for a Chiropractic appointmet a really good deal?
It includes the office call fee, the chiropractic exam and treatment.
I’ll explain a little. ![]()
Not too long ago, R&J Arena in Verndale, MN burned down (during a team sorting event, with approx. 40 horses inside). There is an online auction with donated items and the money goes to the owners of the arena so they can rebuild it. This Chiropractic appointment was donated by the vet clinic.
I’ve always wanted to have a chiro. appointment for my horse but I don’t know much about it. Any ’success stories’ or info you can give me would be great.
Thanks.
Thanks everyone!
The vet/chiropractor that would be doing this has a great reputation, so I’m not worried. I’ll still ask questions though.
I haven’t actually bid on this yet, still thinking about it. Over the last couple months my horse has been ‘off’ and a little sore. I usually give him a week off and then get back into riding slowly and he’s usually fine. My farrier thinks his feet are in great condition and we all (me, farrier and trainer) think it’s something else.
So yeah. Plus this is for a good cause.
And thanks (about the barn fire) – it was really hard for everyone. It’s the best arena around for one, and the death of 45 or so amazing team penning horses is unheard of, around here especially. I’m not sure what caused the fire, but I think they know.

I recently had my annual wit my OB. I told my Dr. that I had skin tags that appeard bout 2 mo. ago. She told me that they wer vanereal warts! I was shocked, she told me they could use an acid or laser them off but i can never get rid of it? Also tolm me it was an STD. Still stunned & confused she said she would give me some info then came back wit a lil pamphlet that said HPV. I read & started feelin embarrased & ashamed. Came hm & started researchin online as I sobbed becuz I have never had an STD.
I hope this virus goes away, i’m a pretty healthy girl, no medical conditions other then glasses and I diet & exercise regularly.
So my question is…Is there any way they could’ve misdiagnosed me? I also had my first acid treatment (which burned quite bad) and the Dr. just kinda sent me off…told me to leave it on 4 an hr & then sit in warm water. Didn’t even ask me if I had questions…so basically I’m researching everything on my own. Please help… what should I do?
No I thought I was goin 2 get them laserd off, at least thats wut i set up my appt up for & wen i got ther she puts the acid on instead. I haven’t recd. my pap results…they told me it takes up to 2 wks. I should kno by nxt wk..i hope everything turns out ok. I chose 2 get them removed becuz I am uncomfortable since they are in my anus & bleed sumtimes. I read that they can spread like that as well. Since my Dr. put the acid they are white..they are in groups as well. They kind of look similar to the link i have attached

Somebody(s) just had the following question removed again. Wonder why they think the 11 people who answered don’t count for anything?
**Are Americans completely complicit in Israel’s war crimes?**
Americans who watched ABC Nightly News last night saw an extended piece on Israel’s use of US-supplied white phosphorus bombs against the civilian population. It included the screams of a 9-year-old boy in the hospital whose wounds were still burning his skin after hours of treatment.
Any parent, or human being for that matter, who wasn’t horrified by scene that is literally a sociopath (no conscience and unable to feel empathy), which psychologists tell us make up a frighteningly large percentage of the population.
I’m tired of the bogus excuses people are giving for Israel’s war crimes in Gaza because that is what they are. And the weapons used in these war crimes are given free of charge to Israel by American taxpayers, which makes EVERY American who doesn’t speak up against this evil complicit in it. Period. Just like the German people who made convenient excuses for their Nazi government.
So are Americans are complicit in the atrocities against the Palestinian population?
Btw, the latest issue of The American Conservative magazine has several excellent articles on the topic and can be viewed online at http://www.amconmag.com/
** I WILL NOT BE BULLIED OUT OF A DISCUSSION OF THIS IMPORTANT CURRENT EVENT **
I suggest anyone interested in this discussion post the question also.
Leverage, I condemn ALL war crimes. If you want to ask about Hamas war crimes, you invest the 5 points. This is MY question.
Michael D- there are 2 kinds of ‘uninformed’ imo. One kind results when a person is not given correct or sufficient information and cannot help being uninformed, or more accurately ‘underinformed’ or ‘misinformed’. I think this is the case for many Americans in the case of ‘Israel’ the zionist state. The second kind results when people choose from mental laziness not to avail themselves of readily available information -even if it is sometimes complex or contradictory- and fail to use their natural or God-given mental faculties to study, ponder and make an informed decision about something. Sadly, I think most Americans fall into this category. It is just easier to stay uninformed about an issue than to study it. However, Americans as a group are famous worldwide for acting as if they *know* something to be true or false when in fact they have never taken the time to study the issue. Pitiful, really.
Soybeen- I’m afraid many of us started as the latter. Ignorance is bliss as they say. On another question, some soul’s answer was simply ‘Go Israel!’ as if this is some football game with two roughly equal teams and you choose one for fun. Makes me shudder.
