What are the effects and treatment of burnt diesel oil on a 5 year old’s skin?

My 5 year old daughter stepped into a bucket of old burnt diesel oil. We scrubbed her with Dawn, but her legs and feet are still stained black and she has severe itching. We gave her benadryl, put aloe vera gel on her, and did an oatmeal bath(all to no avail).

The itching dont know if that would call doc just in bath you havent thats how that wash with some soap in bath you tried using baby oil if that wash with some soap in case she gets better.
